For help with Light Hour, contact [email protected]. Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and whether the issue happened during bedtime, night check, wake, snooze, purchase, or sync.

Alarm Reliability

Make sure notifications are enabled, the device has enough battery, volume is audible for your room, and Focus or Silent Mode settings match your expectations. Use a backup alarm for critical obligations.

PRO Purchases

If PRO is not active after purchase, open Settings in Light Hour and choose Restore. App Store billing, cancellation, refunds, trial eligibility, and auto-renewal are managed by Apple.

You can manage or cancel PRO fromApple subscriptions. Light Hour cannot cancel an Apple ID subscription on your behalf.

Using more than one device

If your night setup does not appear on another device right away, keep both devices online and open Light Hour again. The bedside clock and alarm already saved on each device remain usable while the other device updates.

Privacy Requests

Email [email protected] for privacy or data questions. Settings > Support shows a support code. Share it only if support asks for it so we can look up your Light Hour purchase and device history without asking for your Apple ID.
